Consultations are free of charge and last approximately 15 minutes.
A skin test and a hair sample are required at least 48 hours before any colour service.
For lengthy appointments, you may be asked to pay a deposit, this is transferrable once
48 hours of the given appointment but not refundable after this time.
A salon consultation is required before booking our first colouring service.
Colouring services do not include a finishing service.
Please note that we require 24 hours notice for cancellations or re-bookings.
