WHO ARE WE
Born out of connecting with the Prestatyn community, a place Bianca has called home since her early teens, she soon realised many wanted the ease and convenience of having their hair and beauty needs met all under one roof. In 2013, she opened the doors to Bianca Simone Hair and Beauty with a clear vision to create a sanctuary where clients could access both services – a concept that was not present within Prestatyn at this time.
It was important to Bianca to create a high-end, luxurious, safe and welcoming space where clients could relax, unwind and feel truly cared for. The approach quickly resonated with the community and we became an inspiration for others to follow our footsteps.
This move was not only about changing location but it was also about elevating the entire experience for all new and existing guests. This new space is open, airy and designed with a soft relaxing aesthetic that sets the tone for the calmer, inclusive environment that has always been strived to create.

The name gives things away. Bianca Simone Harper, owner, hair stylist and educator, has over 18 years of experience within the industry. Following years of success, Bianca has created a salon space, situated on Prestatyn High Street, where luxury and creativity flow the moment you step through the door.
Bianca’s expertise spans across all aspects of hairdressing, from precision short-cutting and curly cuts to extensions and advanced colour correction work. Her talents extend beyond the salon, with experience in theatre work and session styling in previous years, but Bianca’s passion lies within her salon and the local community.
A lifelong learner, Bianca’s passion for continuously expanding her knowledge led her to pursue the path of becoming an educator. She thrives on helping others in the industry grow their skills and is dedicated to sharing her expertise and knowledge.
Bianca’s calming and personalised approach ensures that every client feels relaxed and in a safe space. Bianca’s taste is eclectic in any form, from music, fashion, interiors and food the list is endless. She expresses her creativity in various forms, whether it’s through interior design, drawing, painting, crafting, or gardening.

Rikkie brings over 15 years of in salon experience, along with invaluable insight gained from his time as a salon owner. As a Senior Stylist Rikkie specialises in keratin straightening treatments and hair extensions, offering transformative results that clients rave about.
Known for his dry humour and quick wit, Rikkie creates a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for his clients and colleagues alike. His friendly demeanour and listening skills makes every appointment with Rikkie a personalized and satisfying experience.
Rikkie thrives on challenges, both in and out of the salon. When he’s not working on client’s hair, he’s taking on major home renovation projects with his partner. Despite the demands of full-time work and being a proud daddy to four mischievous cats, Rikkie handles it all with grace and good humour.
Nadine is a dual talent, combining her skills as a Beauty Therapist with her newly acquired expertise as a Hair Stylist. With over 5 years of salon experience, Nadine’s journey began under the mentorship of Bianca Simone. Her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to getting things done, have quickly earned her a loyal clientele.
In the salon, Nadine is known for her bubbly, fun-loving personality which is infectious. Her playful, mischievous banter ensures there’s never a dull moment.
Outside of work, Nadine is devoted to her family, with whom she enjoys luxury holidays and meals out. She has recently taken up horse riding and loves indulging in a good TV series when she finds some downtime.
Lucas is a qualified stylist with a real passion for hairdressing, bringing fresh energy and creativity to the Bianca Simone team. Having studied at Wrexham College, he is currently working towards his Level 3 qualification, showing his dedication to continually developing his craft.
Already known as the best curler in town, Lucas has a real talent for creating beautiful, lasting styles that clients love. He thrives on learning new techniques and enjoys tailoring each look to suit the individual, making sure every client leaves feeling confident and cared for.
Excited to grow within the team, Lucas is quickly building a reputation for his friendly, approachable nature and his eagerness to learn. He brings enthusiasm to every appointment, making him a rising talent to watch.
With over 20 years of experience, Carrie is a true gem, her wealth of knowledge and expertise is unmatched, along with invaluable knowledge from being a salon owner herself. This makes her the go-to for all beauty treatments.
Carries passion lies within nails, her meticulous attention to detail ensures that every set of nails she creates is nothing short of perfection.
Carrie’s caring, warm and fun-loving personality is contagious. She’s not just a beautician; she’s someone who genuinely cares and has made friends for life with many of her clients. Her love for movies often leads to lively conversation, if there’s a film out there chances are Carrie’s seen it! When she’s not at the salon, Carrie enjoys city breaks and spending quality time with her two dogs Casper and Vinnie.
